Well we have several big highlights this week and I must say we have had so many fun things happen this week and one or two weird things also. So we will start with the weird things.
So we met with a less active who full heartedly believes in the gospel but is a little weird. He proceeded to go on a rant about how much he hates when missionaries talk about the bible and book of mormon..... ya it was a awkward hour long discussion. So we left a little befuddle and a little worried because we have to make another appointment with him.
But moving on.
The sister missionaries in our district have a pentecostal investigator who invited them to a youth activity as a deal that he would go to church the next day. Well they got scared about it because I had to explain what Pentecostals are and so they called us and kind of one of those moments where its like "gosh dang".
So we went and it is quite what I knew it was going to be. No offense to them but it is not quite right. We had the vast majority of people crying and then laughing, then swaying, and drooling (no joke) yep that was quite a way to end the night.
But moving on.
This last saturday we had the wonderful opportunity to take a elderly recent converts Todd and Loretta they are in there 70s to the temple to do baptisms for the dead for the very first time. They drove us and I was up in the front seat so me and Todd talked alot. We get there and we wait for a few minutes before entering right away Todd and Loretta are loving it. Well we didnt specifically baptize and confirm them because there were just so many people. Afterward they couldnt stop talking about how strong the spirit was and when they would be coming back to do more of their family names. It was a wonderful experience.
So a very good week.
But as always I love you guys and miss you. I hope your all doing great.
As always I love and miss you guys a lot.
